I have been a journalist for over 30 years, having held different positions in editorial offices, advertising agencies, publishers and communications consultancies.

From graphic design, through reporting to editing, I gained experience in managing and evaluating teams, with the main indicators being the speed of delivery and quality of the material produced.

Interpersonal relationships have always appeared as a strong point in all the work carried out, on the different platforms in which I have worked.

From 2013 to 2018, social media management gained prominence in the consultancy developed for the Regional Council of Medicine of Santa Catarina (Brazil). At the end of 2018, I came to Portugal, where I have the opportunity, every day, to experience my main interests: literature, gastronomy, travel and music.

In 2022, I created the publishing house LaNiz to transform people who dream of writing books into published authors.
